インフルエンザ対策でみんなマスクをしています。

今週は、１Aが学級閉鎖になってしまいました。 体育の様子と生活科の様子がとても楽しそうでした。 来週からまたA組もB組も元気に頑張りましょう。

Before our unfortunate bout of flu, 1A had art class. We let our creativity run wild, with bubbles.                                                                                            Lots and lots of bubbles Things got a little messy towards the end of the class. But, everyone enjoyed being creative, and we cleaned up after ourselves. 

　 11 日（木）に、前日までの練習の成果をまとめ、良い作品を仕上げる 目的で、学年合同書き初めをしました。 緊張 感のある雰囲気の もとで、子どもたちは熱心に書き上げました。 ◎手本となる字を丁寧になぞり、字の形やつながりをとらえます。 ◎始筆（字の始まり）と終筆（字の終わり：はねる、とめる、はらう）を意識して書きます。

We have been learning about units of length in Mathematics. We learned about millimeters, centimeters, meters in class. We used a meter stick to measure the length of the classroom. And we used centimeters to measure smaller objects like our water bottles . And for even smaller objects we used milimeters. We wrote down our findings with the abbreviations mm, cm, and m. We even measured the garbage can! It was a lot of fun! 

We learnt about the unit of length. 2B did some measurements around the class. Then we made some word problems related to the topic. Students made a word problem for their partner to solve.

2年生は、1月から跳び箱運動遊びをしています。 様々な運動遊びから、パー跳びの練習までしています。 練習するごとにできるようになっていますよ。 　　台上前転を練習している児童もいます。
