[1A-B Global English]- Unit 6: Five Senses

Five Senses 
In Global English class we have finished Unit 6: Fives Senses. In this unit, we have learned to build communication and literacy skills as the students described how they could use their five senses (see, hear, smell, touch, and taste). Throughout the unit, we have read and act a traditional story, recite a poem, compare things, etc. We also spoke about our favorite things and conducted a class survey. At the end of the unit, we made a book about "My favorite things to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch". It was one of the most interesting units where we have used our communications and literacy skills by using our senses! Please enjoy the short video and pictures below.

Our learning focus today, was to confirm our understanding of what setting means, to use capitals as well as full stops correctly and to identify and use nouns and adjectives. As we explored the idea of the where a story takes place, we could have been mistaken for prospective homeowners, such was our concern with location location location.
